We begin with a relaxed video call where I get to know you.
We’ll talk about:
Your health and fitness goals
Your training history - what has worked for you before — and what hasn’t
Your current routine
Your lifestyle, work schedule, stress levels and sleep
Any injuries or other considerations we need to work around
Any challenges or things which have been holding you back from reaching your goals
From this, I build a clear, realistic plan tailored entirely to you.

You’ll receive:
Weekly custom training plans designed for your goals, experience, and available time. Reviewed and updated every week. The workouts can be done in gym, at home or outdoor. I will tailor them to fit in with whatever equipment you have and wherever you will be. You will know when to train hard, when to rest and when active recovery is most beneficial.
Unsure of form or technique? Send me a video and I will feedback in time for the next session.
Clear nutrition targets (no fads, no extremes, no unnecessary restriction.) You will have set calorie and macronutrient goals to aim for on a daily and weekly basis.
We will track sleep and step count in the app – making sure we don’t leave anything to chance.
Everything delivered and tracked through the TrueCoach app, so it’s all in one place

You’re never left guessing or struggling on your own.
You’ll have:
Daily messaging support through WhatsApp for any questions and to help with any issues that arise
Exercise technique guidance and review
Nutrition advice for real-life situations (eating out, busy weeks, holidays)
This is a level up from visiting a PT once or twice per week and then being left to your own devices. I will be with you every step of the way.
